Opportunity to Work in Cúl Camps this summer ..
Westmeath Games Development Committee are recruiting coaches to work on Cúl Camps this year. The committee have 7 weeks of camps this summer which will offer plenty of opportunity for coaches to obtain work. The application form can be found at the attached link. Assistant coaches must be aged 16+ at the time of camp and Coaches 18+ .
All relevant training will be given to any coach who does not hold the required qualifications.

NOTE: Garda vetting- If you are not already Garda vetted please start this process ASAP as you need this before you can coach- https://www.gaa.ie/the-gaa/child-welfare-and-protection/vetting Safeguarding- A safeguarding course will be provided to Cul Camp coaches that don't already have this GAA qualification- If you don't have a GAA qualification we'll be running a foundation level course as part of the training
Go Games Young Whistlers Course
Westmeath Games Development Committee are in the process of organising a course for young Whistlers. This Course is aimed at any 15+ yr old and is a great opportunity for young players / members who would like to become a referee. The course will allow participants to referee at our Go Games fixtures or any game from Under-7 to Under-11.
The course will be run online :
Football Online workshop- 23rd of March 7.00 pm to 9.00pm
Hurling Online workshop- 30th of March 7.00pm-9.00pm

This is an online course and is for anyone age 15 and over. This is for those who want to referee Go Games hurling & football up to U11. Football Online workshop- 23rd of March 7pm to 9pm Hurling Online workshop- 30th of March 7pm-9pm
