Mullingar Shamrocks LGF win in Ventry.

Pride of place this week goes to our senior LGF team who made the long journey to Árd a Bhotháir in Ventry in the Dingle Peninsula to compete in the Lidl Comórtas Peile Páidí Ó Sé competition.

Mullingar Shamrocks competed in the Comórtas Sóisearach and in the semi-final defeated Annascaul-Castlegregroy (5-9 to 1-1) and in the final defeated the famous St Vincent’s (Dublin) on a 5-10 to 0-5 scoreline after leading by 1-7 to 0-0 at the interval.

Anna Jones was selected as the Player of the Tournament.
