Under-14 and Under-16 Skills Camp ...

Mullingar Shamrocks skills camp conducted by Robbie Boyle will take place next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (25-27 June) from 10.00 am to 1.30 pm (bring a light lunch). This is open to all BOYS and GIRLS playing Under-14 and Under-16 football for Mullingar Shamrocks. The emphasis will be on the latest stretching and injury prevention techniques and managing recovery from games, injury avoidance (how to read those hamstring niggles!) and developing game focus. There will also be plenty of skills work and best of all it is FREE ... and who better than Robbie to deliver this initiative.
