LGF Div. 3: Mullingar Shamrocks 4-5 St Joseph's 1-11.

Mullingar Shamrocks ladies won a keenly contested Division 3 league game against St Joseph's in Streamstown on Saturday evening. Shamrocks played with the wind in the first half and utilized their chances better, going in at halftime ahead on a score line of 3-1 to 0-5 points. St Joseph's started the second half on the attack but Shamrocks were strong in defence. In the last quarter, the Mullingar girls again took control and the game finished on a score line of 4-5 to 1-11in favour of Shamrocks.
