BINGO Players Needed ...

Many dedicated Mullingar Shamrocks people have with varying degrees of regularity sacrificed their Thursday nights to help at the Bingo in the Clubhouse. It has been an extraordinary commitment and it is hard to believe that it all started on 14 September 2006. Many club members would not be aware of this commitment.  

The Mullingar Shamrocks Bingo is intended to be a fundraiser for the club but as we well know, depending on the Gamble, a night’s profits may be minimal if at all and the months of January and February tend to be problematic. But the Bingo serves another very important purpose as it enables the club to contribute to the community as for many the weekly trip to the Clubhouse is an important social occasion.

However, the dedicated group who make the Bingo possible are always anxious to attract new players; all are welcome particularly friends and supporters of Shamrocks.

Why not organise a few friends to carry-out a Bingo experiment some Thursday night … it might even be a profitable experience as up to €1500 in prizemoney is on offer each night.

The first numbers will be called on Thursday night  and every Thursday night at 8.30.
